SmartRock® Plus Solution Continues to Grow in the U.S.

OTTAWA, Canada: Giatec Scientific, the market leader of revolutionary concrete testing equipment, announces it has partnered with Burnco, a ready-mixed concrete and aggregate supplier for the Denver metro and Northern Colorado Markets. The maturity method has been on the rise in the state of Colorado since being required by the Department of Transportation for concrete strength. With SmartRock Plus, Burnco can bring this solution to their customers, continuing to fulfill complex projects while sustaining quality.

SmartRock® Plus is a value-added solution for ready-mixed concrete producers which leverages Giatec’s leading wireless concrete sensor for monitoring temperature and strength. The maturity method for determining strength of concrete without breaking concrete cylinders is becoming increasingly popular across North America but requires a prior calibration of the mix. SmartRock® Plus is the only solution available that allows for the customers of ready-mix producers to select their desired mix calibrations through the SmartRock® Plus app and share critical, real-time data with all project stakeholders. SmartRock® Plus now serves dozens of markets in North America.
