SmartRock Sensor Temperature & Strength Prediction

By combining early sensor data with mix design and ambient conditions, this feature delivers advanced analytics to predict temperature and strength development over a 7-day period. It enables faster, data-driven decisions for concrete protection using real-time, in-place measurements.

Thermal Modeling

Our thermal modeling feature allows teams working with mass concrete elements to experiment with different inputs — including mix proportions, protective equipment configurations, and pour timing based on weather conditions — and produce forecast scenarios. These forecast scenarios outline the anticipated behavior of the concrete at various depths, with the goal of reducing the amount of physical mockup required. This user-friendly feature can be leveraged by multiple stakeholders to optimize planning, save time, validate important decisions, and help with the support of thermal control plans.

How does SmartRock Web work?

When you collect sensor data via the mobile app or the SmartHub, or tag sensors using the SmartRock app, all project updates sync automatically to the cloud. While all BLE functionalities occur in the app, as well as all basic functionality such as organization and user management, SmartRock Web provides better visibility on the data, data analytics, and additional options, offering a more comprehensive toolset for monitoring and decision-making compared to the mobile app.

How do I sign up for SmartRock Web?

Each company has access to basic functionality (data management) as part of the SmartRock offering. Web access is controlled at the user level, where administrators have full flexibility on who can access the web view.
