Giatec is Welcoming Irving Materials Inc. (Tennessee), as their Newest SmartRock® Plus Partner

OTTAWA, Canada: Giatec Scientific, the market leader of revolutionary concrete testing equipment, today announced it has partnered with the Tennessee branch of Irving Materials Inc. This ready mix producer is committed to innovation and sustainability which is why they have partnered not only with Giatec, but also with CarbonCure, a company that is working to improve the concrete industry while reducing its carbon footprint. Irving Materials Inc. will bring both CarbonCure’s solution and Giatec’s SmartRock® Plus program to their expansive customer base in Tennessee.

SmartRock® Plus is a value-added solution for ready-mixed concrete producers which leverages Giatec’s leading wireless concrete sensor for monitoring temperature and strength. The maturity method for determining strength of concrete without breaking concrete cylinders is becoming increasingly popular across North America but requires a prior calibration of the mix. SmartRock® Plus is the only solution available that allows for the customers of ready-mix producers to select their desired mix calibrations through the SmartRock® Plus app and share critical, real-time data with all project stakeholders. SmartRock® Plus now serves dozens of markets in North America.
