Simple Installation
When it comes to design, SmartRock Pro offers simplicity and flexibility. It is a truly wireless sensor that is incredibly user-friendly and easy to install. It consists of two main parts: the antenna (transmitter) and the probe.
The probe is embedded in concrete to collect raw concrete data, while the transmitter contains the antenna for wireless communication. The transmitter can be placed at a depth up to 2 in (cm) below the concrete surface to ensure proper transmission of signal to the phone. A cable connects the transmitter to the probe.
Self-Calibrating Sensor
The SmartRock Pro can automatically detect your pouring time, as it will activate when in contact with concrete. Once concrete is poured, the device will begin measuring temperature and initiate the process for strength calculations automatically, requiring no additional input from the user. SmartRock Pro is a self-calibrating sensor that does not require manual calibration or input from the mix by the user. This new sensor uses a combination of advanced electrical and mechanical measurements to determine the concrete’s strength. All the data collected by the SmartRock Pro will be downloaded via the SmartRock mobile app and can be processed through the web dashboard, Giatec 360™.
A Familiar Ecosystem
The SmartRock and SmartRock Pro sensors can live harmoniously within the same shared ecosystem, granting you unrestricted access to the SmartRock mobile app and Giatec 360 platform where you can leverage your favorite features, such as thermal modeling. Additionally, you will have the flexibility to install both SmartRock and SmartRock Pro sensors in the same project allowing you to experience the benefits of both products.
