Jaihaniza Jamaluddin (Jehan) joined Giatec Scientific Inc. in June 2022 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Originally from Malaysia, love brought her to Canada in July 2020. Jehan’s professional journey includes work experiences in Human Resources (HR), Communications and Project Management within multiple industries such as Construction, Technology, Capital Market, Investments, Automotive, Business Process Outsourcing, Not-for-Profit and Life Insurance. Jehan’s foray into HR began in 2010 when she was working at Malaysia’s investment arm – Khazanah Nasional Berhad, where she was hand-picked to do Strategic HR role. Apart from Strategic HR, Jehan’s expertise in HR also include Recruitment, Employer Branding, Talent Management, Workplace Learning, and Leadership Development. She’s driven by doing meaningful and impactful work, lifelong learning, and growth!
