Use the free SmartRock app to tag the sensor. Clip onto rebar before the pour. No calibration batch, no lab visit, no pre-pour testing.

Pour as normal

The probe and antenna are fully embedded. CEMMA technology starts measuring microstructural changes in concrete immediately after placement.

No. If you already use SmartRock Web and the SmartRock mobile app, no additional software is needed. Both the app and web platform are free for all users.
Yes. Because CEMMA technology measures concrete microstructure directly — not maturity derived from a calibration curve — it handles mix variability from truck to truck without any additional input from your team.
Data is collected via Bluetooth® through the SmartRock app at up to 12 metres. Remote continuous monitoring is not available in the current version, but the cloud dashboard lets any team member pull the latest readings without a site visit when someone with the app is on site.
